These sound so good, I can't imagine them being knockoffs.

Pics? I have seen sets (on ebay) that were knockoffs...Shure never released a white/black combo version.

I basically told the seller the same thing. But I also told them these sounded so fantastic, that for the price, I don't care who made them or where. :-p

edit:
The seller insists they're refurbs, btw. Without knowing anyone at Shure or their policy, we both agree it makes sense they'd refit refurbed buds to distinguish them color-wise....if they do refurb them at all. Reba,rebar, rebarb.

He's saying your pictures are blurry :P

But is there a number stamped on the plug?  Shure does that on on their headphones, right?  It should be a dead giveaway if they're not on that (that it's fake).

 There's a Pat.Pend # on the yoke, but not on the plug. Guess the yoke's on me. Now I'm curious to compare these to 'known' authentic buds soundwise. To see if that joke is on me also.
