For those of you who have never used IRC before:

Step 1. Get XChat2, or Trillian, or Gaim, or if you have Firefox installed, you can use Chatzilla (the last two also have AIM, MSN, and Y!M included). MIRC isn't worth the trojans from stealing a paid version, and the others are free (or have free versions that aren't gimped), especially XChat2 and Gaim since they're open source.

Step 2. Don't use the gui to connect to a server. Use the following commands
/server irc.system09.org
Then when that connects type
/j #riovolution
Step 3. ?????

Step 4. Profit (and conversation)!
