RIOMM Keeps erroring out

Subject: Error: 0xc00d2728
About half of the time that I try to add music to my Rio Forge or Rio Nitrus I get this meesage:
"Failed to Transfer 'Song Title' to player: Error 0xc00d2728"

It seems to error more frequently when I am choosing a single song out of a list of an entire album from Rio Music Manager. Has anyone else seen this or does anyone have a fix?
