Subject: Missing some software?
HI, I just found my old Rio Karma tucked away in a safe place after moving (2 years ago) and realised it has a ton of music on it I want to listen to. It works perfectly through headphones or my audio system. When I connect to my pc it comes up that new hardware is found, I have RMM installed on my PC (for my carbon) but thats as far as it goes. It appears I need some sort of drivers for it to work? (connecting via USB). I've tried googling but can't find anything other than RMM and the firmware upgrade.

Sounds like you need the drivers located at the bottom of the drivers tab (and the second latest download) on the Karma support page.
